Vision
​HEART OF THE FATHER SCHOOL OF MINISTRY 
​
THE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, need exists for a full-gospel training center right here in East Central Minnesota, and,

WHEREAS, many believers who would greatly benefit from this training are not able to travel and relocate to schools such as the F.I.R.E. school in North Carolina, IHOP University in Missouri, or Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in California, and,  

WHEREAS, God has uniquely positioned Heart of the Father Ministries with this building, in this location, with relationships with pastors in the local area who share this vision, and,

​WHEREAS, God has blessed Heart of the Father Ministries with a seventeen year history of outreach to the world with healings, miracles, and harvest of hundreds of thousands of souls, therefore,
 
BE IT RESOLVED, that Heart of the Father School of Ministry be established this 31st day of March, 2017. 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Institute 4:40 be established as the practical ministry arm of HOTFSOM, and that these two entities function under the umbrella of Heart of the Father Ministries in respect to Federal and State rules, laws, and regulations.
