Please note the following minimum Healing Festival volunteer deadliness...

1. Because Altar Team Ministry volunteer submissions require Pastoral approvals and mailing time for training materials, any submissions less than ten days before the event start date must be rejected.
Please do not submit this form for Altar Team Ministry participation less than ten days before the event. Altar Team Members are mailed a neck lanyard indicating they are an approved Altar Ministry Team member. The lanyard is required for Altar Ministry.

2. All other volunteer submissions may be completed five or more days before the event start date.
